Air volume control

Flow variators are products for the control and adaptation of airflows in VAV (Variable Air Volume) systems.

The system saves costs and energy because the flow and cooling effects are adapted to the actual demand in the room, with the result that the total flow for the air treatment units is reduced.


EMSSis a flow variator in the OPTIVENT® system. Cylindrical unisolated air volume flow regulator EMSS enables automatic air flow control.EMSS is suitable for use in systems with Variable Air Volume, VAV and Constant Air Volume, CAV. Regulator can work in connection with other automatic control devices e.g. quality-quantity temperature control systems.

EMSD is a flow variator in the OPTIVENT® system. Cylindrical isolated air volume flow regulator EMSD enables automatic air flow control.EMSD is suitable for use in systems with Variable Air Volume, VAV and Constant Air Volume, CAV. Regulator can work in connection with other automatic control devices e.g. quality-quantity temperature control systems.

EMOS is a flow variator in the OPTIVENT® system. EMOS is a rectangular isolated supply air volume flow regulator with circular connection. EMOS is suitable for use in systems with Variable Air Volume, VAV and Constant Air Volume, CAV. Regulator can work in connection with other automatic control devices e.g. quality-quantity temperature control systems.

EMOE is a flow variator in the OPTIVENT® system. EMOE is a rectangular isolated exhaust air volume flow regulator with circular connection. EMOE is suitable for use in systems with Variable Air Volume, VAV and Constant Air Volume, CAV. Regulator can work in connection with other automatic control devices e.g. quality-quantity temperature control systems.

EMSF is a flow sensor for the OPTIVENT® system.The flow sensor unit generates an electric voltage or a pneumatic pressure which represents the actual airflow.

RWPA
Rectangular air volume flow regulator RWP enables automatic air flow control. RWP is suitable for use in systems with Variable Air Volume, VAV and Constant Air Volume, CAV.
Regulator can work in connection with other automatic control devices e.g. quality-quantity temperature control systems.

HVSA
HVSA is an apartment-specific room ventilation regulator designed for the OPTIVENT® Housing system. The product can also be installed as a single unit. The circular, non-insulated flow variators are designed for uses where control according to room and air quality is desired. The flow variators are not dependent on duct pressure.

EMPA and EMPD
EMPA and EMPD are compact pressure controllers for the OPTIVENT® system. EMPD is insulated, EMPA is without insulation. These round controllers without enclosures are designed for use in ducting systems where constant pressure is required.

STRA-04
STRA-04 is a preprogrammed room controller intended to control heating and cooling in after-treatment systems. It is preprogrammed with communication and is intended for use in premises where high comfort and low energy consumption is aimed, e.g. offices, schools, shopping centres, airports, hotels, hospitals and so on.
