Fire dampers and control systems

A self-closing fire damper is a well known way of preventing the fire and toxic gases from spreading via ventilation ducts from one fire area to another.

Circular Fire dampers

  • ETPR-EI-1 is a round fire damper available both with built-in electrical actuator and with thermal fuse.
The damper is tested according to the test standard EN 1366-2 and it meets the requirements of fire class EI 60.
  • ETPR-EI-2 is a round fire damper available both with built-in electrical actuator and with thermal fuse.
The damper is tested according to the test standard EN 1366-2 and it meets the requirements of fire class EI 120.
  • ETPR-E-1 fire damper is used as a closing device for preventing the spread of fire in ventilation ducts.
The fire resistance period of the fire damper meets the requirement of class E90 (test method EN 1366-2) and it can be used as a fire restricting device in fire insulated ducts of EI90 at most.

Rectangular fire dampers

  • ETPS-EI is a rectangular fire damper available both as motorised and with fuse.
The damper is tested according to the test standard EN 1366-2 and it meets the requirements of fire class EI 60 / EI 90.
  • ETPS-E is a rectangular smoke damper. The damper is installed in the ventilation duct between fire compartments to stop the spread of flue gases.
The damper is tested according to the test standard EN 1366-2 and it meets the requirements of fire class E 120.

Fire dampers control system

FICO-128

The control system FICO-128 is designed for the automatic control and functional testing of up to 128 fire dampers or smoke extraction dampers as well as different kinds of
smoke detectors.

The FICO-128 control system consists of control unit FCLA,
multibox FCBA and smoke detectors.

FICO-2

The control system FICO-2 is designed for the automatic control and functional testing of two fire dampers or smoke extraction dampers as well as smoke detectors.

The FICO-2 control system consists of control unit FCMA-2 and smoke detectors.
